This workshop is designed to help participants break free from the limitations that have hindered their pursuit of the life they’ve always dreamed of. Through speaker talks and presentations, a series of introspective exercises, discussions, and hands-on activities, you’ll learn practical techniques to dismantle negative core beliefs, confront past experiences, and conquer the fears that have kept you from realizing your full potential.

Kailani Jackson

A noted Energy Psychology Practitioner, Spiritual Teacher, Soul Healing & Success Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Educator, and engaging Storyteller & Author, Kailani fills the room with gifted compassion, warmth, and tenacity that shines on each one in her presence allowing them to see and embrace their own significance, purpose, and power. She has an invaluable talent and exceptional ability to intuit others’ inner struggles and provide a mirror that reflects both truth and hope. 

Kailani’s strong background in learning, development, and spiritual insight, coupled with her own journey down the road from brokenness to healing, offers others the insight to leverage their painful experiences for value creation. 

Returning to higher education in pursuit of her Ph.D. in Psychology, Kailani is a witness that it is never too late to fulfill your dreams. Being from a multi-ethnic background, Kailani has keen sensibilities around generational trauma, the realities of our societies inequities, and its impact on marginalized communities. She advocates not only for personal healing, but for collective  and curative recovery as well.

Sophia Janell Taylor

CEO of Circle Matters, Real Estate Mogul, TV Show Creator-Host, Singer, and Author

A testament of pursuing one’s creative passions and using them to inspire others. As a native of Flint, Michigan, her upbringing instilled in her the belief that life is a canvas for one’s dreams, and she has truly lived by this philosophy.

Sophia’s educational journey took her to Long Beach, California, where she explored merchandising, marketing, promoting, and entrepreneurship. This path led her to delve into real estate, where she achieved remarkable success. Her accomplishments in real estate culminated in the production of the home makeover TV show, “Rehabin The Hood,” and the authorship of the book “Keeping It real Estate.” One of the highlights of Sophia’s journey was the opportunity to share her insights and experiences on the prestigious TEDx stage. which allowed her to inspire a global audience with her wisdom.

Sophia’s life is an example of boundless creativity.  She has authored an impressive 15 books, established her own publishing company, and even has credits in songwriting and production.  Her creative endeavors extend to podcasting, acting, hosting, and captivating audiences worldwide with her voice and animation illustrations, as well as her performances and speeches that unlock untapped potential.beyond her creative achievements, Sophia makes sure to impact her community through her non-profit organization, “Circle Matters Human Investment Initiative.” Sophia enjoys traveling the globe morphing into Dr. Yucan from ‘The Zeus & Deus’ children’s book series. The series uses her work to impart vital life lessons to young readers throughout the globe.

Monica Marrow

Founder and Executive Director of What Makes You Feel Beautiful, Self Love Coach, Professional Media Photographer, and artist.

Founder of What Makes You Feel Beautiful, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to teach girls and women how to cultivate self-love at every age and phase of life. She is also the creator of the F.L.Y. FIRST LOVE YOURSELF program, which offers workshops, classes, support groups, and mentoring to girls aged 13-17. Monica is a certified empowerment self-love coach, a state-certified youth mental health first aid responder and a certified Youth Suicide and Bullying Prevention Trainer.

Monica’s core values include self-love, inclusivity and empowerment. Monica’s mission is to empower girls and women by teaching them how to love and care for themselves, both physically and mentally. Her vision is to create a world where self-love is a fundamental part of every person’s life. She believes that every person deserves to feel beautiful and worthy, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances.

She is particularly passionate about empowering girls because she understands the importance of building self-esteem and self-worth at a young age. Monica’s own childhood was difficult, which has fueled her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Monica’s background as a retired licensed cosmetologist and former salon owner of Essential Arts Studio, as well as her work as a professional media red carpet photographer in Atlanta, G.A., have provided her with a unique perspective on the importance of self-care and self-love. She has also worked at Hudson Pride Center in New Jersey as their programs director, where she gained valuable experience in creating and managing programs that empower marginalized communities.

In 2018, Monica moved from White Plains, New York to Hawai’i, where she continues to pursue her passion for empowering girls and women. Through her work with What Makes You Feel Beautiful and the F.L.Y. FIRST LOVE YOURSELF program, Monica is making a difference in the lives of girls and women across the country.

Nicole Hokoana

LMFT, CEO of Maui Behavioral Health

More than the Chief Executive Officer of the tri-agency partnership of Maui Behavioral Health Resources, she’s a shining example of leadership, a beacon of insight, and a symbol of inner strength. Her remarkable journey is an inspiration to all, particularly women of color. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nicole has navigated various professional landscapes with grace and purpose.

From guiding youth on middle and high school campuses to empowering young adults at the University of Hawai’i Maui College and supporting families at Child & Family Service, Nicole’s keen sensitivity and unwavering commitment to her work shine brightly. Her years of service as a Program Director and Individual/Family Therapist at Child & Family Service laid the foundation for her ascent to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Today, she stands as the visionary CEO, presiding over the dynamic tri-agency partnership of Maui Behavioral Health Resources which includes Aloha House, Malama Family Recovery Center, and Maui Youth & Family Services. Nicole’s leadership is not just a title; it’s a testament to the extraordinary impact one can have when they lead with wisdom, compassion, and an unyielding spirit.

Reyhan Ma-Albertson

Womb Garden Co-Creator

A vibrant soul with a diverse background that weaves together the intricacies of kinesiology, body conditioning, rehabilitation, healing touch, myofascial release, intuitive bodywork, and energy work. Originally hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Reyhan now calls Maui her home, where she shines as the visionary co-creator of the Womb Garden. This enchanting haven is a manifestation of the reawakening consciousness dedicated to womb healing, a nurturing space that empowers women’s health and well-being through the magic of medicinal herbs and plants, forging a profound connection with the plant kingdom. The Womb Garden stands as a sanctuary for intentional gatherings, where healing and the sacred bonds between ourselves, each other, the earth, and beyond are nurtured.

Reyhan’s commitment to empowerment extends to her role as the coordinator of girls’ moon circles, a heartwarming initiative she has been a part of for the past two years. These monthly gatherings bring together young girls aged 9 to 13, providing a safe and supportive space for them to share, learn, and grow. Topics include finding the voice of their intuition, embracing the beauty of their unique selves, cherishing the importance of tribe and sisterhood, and celebrating coming-of-age rituals and ceremonies. Reyhan’s compass in life and her somatic sessions is a profound trust in the universe, fueled by love, humility, gratitude, and an unwavering response to the ancestral call to reclaim her medicine. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of holistic healing, connectivity, and the harmonious rhythm of life.

Rochelle Holoman

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor

An advisor with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at one of the nation’s largest electric utilities and a Fortune 250 company, he is responsible for leading the company’s 12 Business Resource Groups (BRGs). These BRGs are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource for their members and our company, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned to our company mission, values, goals, and business priorities. They also strive to provide maximum benefits to its members through leadership development, increased employee retention and engagement and enhanced community involvement. She was also instrumental in creating companywide DEI training for all employees.

In her spare time, Rochelle has partnered and contributed to several nonprofits as an advisor, board member, and mentor. Rochelle is a licensed real estate agent. Her true passions are public speaking, coaching and mentoring.

The most meaningful part of my DEI career has been the opportunity to lead and facilitate over 200 discussions around race, equity and belonging for company employees. During these discussions, we provided a safe space for employees of all backgrounds to share their professional and personal experiences. I find these conversations both encouraging and inspiring, as we strive to provide an environment of psychological safety and trust.

Robyn Fisher

A passionate believer in the transcendent power of music—an art form that has the ability to open hearts and foster vibrant communities. For decades, she has shared this musical gift in churches, schools, and festivals, creating moments of unity and joy. In 2017, when she faced the profound loss of her husband and musical partner, she embarked on a deeply personal journey in search of healing that led her to the serene shores of Maui.

Robyn’s talents extend far beyond the realm of music. She’s a gifted writer whose essays on the profound process of healing from loss have graced the pages of various literary journals. In 2016, she made a courageous decision to leave her demanding teaching job to become her husband’s full-time caregiver. Following his passing, she embarked on an awe-inspiring pilgrimage, walking the 500-mile Camino de Santiago in Spain. This transformative experience, coupled with her resilient spirit, enabled her to sell her cherished home of 25 years and complete the first draft of her memoir, “You Remind Me Who I Am.”

Tanama Colibri

A captivating Afro-Taina singer and songwriter, an emotive, exuberant and exciting performer, born in the vibrant barrio of New York City’s Washington Heights to Dominican and Puerto Rican parents. At age five Tanama sang her first solo at her Kindergarten graduation, and she continued exploring her artistic and musical passions into her teens, In her early twenties she realized that music was her heart and soul and should be her focus in life. She gave up her secure job and her legal safety to embark on what would ultimately be an 8 year journey that took her from Mexico through Latin American, to the Virgin islands, then to Paris, and most recently, back to Hawaii. 

As a gifted guitarist, Tanama has a varied repertoire that ranges from soul to jazz, hip hop, spoken world and world music. Currently living on Maui, she has drawn on the musical culture that is in her DNA and on her immersive global experiences to create her soon to be released debut album. Tanama wrote and arranged the theme song, What Makes You Feel Beautiful.

A gifted energy artisan and a conduit for the mystical world of vibrations.who finds her deepest joy in the act of creation. She firmly believes that the very fabric of the universe is woven with frequencies that possess the extraordinary power to transcend the turmoil of everyday life, guiding us towards the serene shores of inner peace and love.

Kerri dances to the rhythm of the divine, allowing the resonance of her sound bowls to entwine with the body’s energy field, orchestrating a symphony of relaxation that washes away anxiety and tension. Through the enchanting realms of sound and energy work, she dives deep into her own soul while crafting a sacred space for others to embark on their journey of self-discovery. Kerri’s creations, whether they be the harmonious vibrations of sound or the tangible forms of art and jewelry, carry within them the essence of universal energy and boundless love. As they take on a life of their own, her creations become conduits of healing and transformation.

Marcee Tabb-Jones

A devoted music enthusiast and a testament to the transformative power of passion and dedication. Her journey into the world of music began when a keen-eared worship leader spotted her singing in the church congregation, recognizing the raw talent that was destined to be shared with the world. This serendipitous moment marked the start of her musical odyssey.

Retired from a distinguished 32-year career with a government agency in Santa Barbara, Marcee courageously decided to embark on a new chapter in life when she made the beautiful island of Maui her home in 2018. Here, she embarked on a musical odyssey, enrolling at the University of Hawai’i Maui College (UHMC) to hone her piano skills and fine-tune her singing abilities. For Marcee, music isn’t just a passion; it’s a language of love and connection—a way to infuse joy and warmth into the lives of others. When she’s not hitting the keys and belting out beautiful tunes, you can find Marcee and her husband aboard cruise ships, where they both take center stage at Karaoke parties, turning every voyage into a musical adventure.
