Meet Your 2027 Retreat Facilitators

Walking beside you with presence, compassion, wisdom, and a shared commitment to your healing journey.

Kailani Jackson, M.S.

Founder & CEO, Soul Dope, LLC

Creator of the Rooted in Belief™ Framework

Host & Lead Retreat Facilitator

Kailani Jackson, M.S. is a transformational educator, speaker, soul healer, and founder of Soul Dope, devoted to helping people remember the truth of who they are beneath the beliefs, wounds, and stories that have shaped their lives.

With a rare blend of wisdom, compassion, humor, and deep emotional presence, Kailani creates spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to explore what has been quietly operating beneath the surface. As the creator of the Rooted in Belief™ framework, informed by her doctoral research and the Jackson Belief Integration Theory (JBIT), she has spent years helping individuals uncover the beliefs that influence how they see themselves, their relationships, and their possibilities, while guiding them back to the worth, wisdom, and wholeness that have always existed within them.

At the retreat, Kailani will invite women into a journey of reflection, healing, and remembrance. Through meaningful conversations, compassionate inquiry, and transformational experiences, she helps participants reconnect with their inner voice, strengthen self-trust, and discover what becomes possible when they release old limitations and embrace a deeper truth about who they are.

Whether facilitating retreats, teaching transformational concepts, or sitting with someone in their most vulnerable moments, Kailani’s greatest hope is that every person leaves remembering something they have never truly lost: their own wisdom, their own worth, and their own capacity to heal.

This work is not about becoming someone else.

It is about remembering who you have always been.
